Angelica Sinito

Angelica Sinito is Vice President of The Millennia Companies, where she focuses on portfolio growth strategy, debt and equity partnerships, and Tax-Exempt Bond and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions. She is responsible for all acquisition and financing activities at Millennia and leads a small team in its New York office.

The Millennia portfolio consists of more than 280 multifamily residential communities and 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in 26 states. Recent transactions Angelica has worked on include an adaptive reuse development in the heart of downtown Cleveland utilizing State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, a 4% LIHTC and Tax-Exempt Bond multifamily transaction in Miami Dade County, and a portfolio if FHA 223F refinancings in various locations in Michigan. Angelica works with both debt and equity relationships, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state housing finance agencies, and local municipalities to complete these complicated transactions, which result in housing opportunities for families of all income levels.

Prior to Millennia, Angelica worked at Related Companies where she focused on high yield credit investments across all asset classes and as an analyst at R4Capital. Angelica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business where she studied Finance and Real Estate.
